Refunds & Returns


Modern Lure Fishing's main priority is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from us. In any unlikely event that you are not, you may return the goods back to us within 28 days of the purchase date for a full refund or an exchange. Goods can be returned back to us for any reason, provided they are returned unused, in pristine original packaging and with a valid receipt.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit and debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

General Returns and Exchanges

If you find your purchase unsuitable for any reason or the size you have selected does not fit, we will exchange it (subject to stock availability) or refund the cost of the item.  To enable us to do this, please contact us specifying clearly if you require a refund or an exchange. It is your responsibility to send this back to us at your cost, and within 28 days of purchase, ensuring that:

  • The goods are in a new and unused condition, with all original packaging and labelling enclosed
  • The original purchase receipt or invoice is enclosed

Faulty Goods 

If an item is found to be faulty or damaged, this is our responsibility. Please contact us to arrange returning the item and a description explaining what is wrong. It must be send back to us with a copy of the invoice and a receipt of postage costs. If a fault or damage is found we will reimburse you the postage.

In some cases the manufacturer/supplier may require to see the item(s) before repair or replacement can take place. If this is the case we will inform you. Proof of purchase is also required with all potential warranty claims.

*Important Advise Returning Goods By Post: We strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost in transit.
